Elretur is carrying out the annual eco-modulation of environmental fees for 2025.
This means that companies whose products meet the relevant environmental criteria may qualify for the Green Group. Companies in the Green Group may receive a partial refund of the environmental fee they have already paid.
The eco-modulation only applies to product categories where an environmental fee is paid. Category 4-5-5 is therefore not included.

When submitting the Declaration of Honour, you confirm that the products meet the relevant criteria.

According to Section 59 of the Danish WEEE Order, producers’ financial contributions for fulfilling producer responsibility must be eco-modulated based on the environmental impact of their products.
In Elretur, this is carried out as an eco-modulation of the environmental fee based on the criteria in Annex 10 of the Danish WEEE Order.
The purpose is to incentivise producers to design products with a focus on, among other things, durability, recyclability and reduced content of hazardous substances.
